We offer a trouble ticket system.



You will notice that you can submit a trouble ticket to us for help. When you do you will receive an email with a URL for you to use to communicate on that ticket until it is resolved. (You get the email the first time we respond to the ticket). This is part of the standard support we offer you.

You may also let us install this same ticket system for you to help your clients with.

This system makes handling problems from your users easy, so we can install this same system for you on your domain with your logos so you can offer great support to your clients. Here are the benefits of our trouble ticket system:

  • When your customers come to your support site to install a trouble ticket, they can search your knowledge base to see if you have already answered their question for someone else.

  • When your user logs into look at your knowledge base the top 5 most asked questions come up for them to see.

  • Each trouble ticket is assigned a number.

  • You can search your tickets by ticket number or key word to find previous answers you have provided.

  • You can ban IPs to keep abusive users out.

  • You can choose to be notifed via email and change the email address each time a ticket is put into the system.

  • You can turn on or off the knowledge base.

  • You can put a header and footer of anything you like on the main page of your trouble ticket system.

  • You can add, delete, and edit your knowlege base for your users.

  • You can allow other people to become techs for you and access your admin section to help you handle your customer support and trouble tickets. You easily give them their own username and password, and can easily delete it.

  • BIG ONE HERE - We have installed an escalate button so that if you cannot answer a ticket from one of your users you simply click the escalate button, and we provide the answer and send it back to you. You then put the answer in your clients ticket. This keeps us hidden from your clients.

  • You are allowed to resell this ticket system to other people. They can use it for any industry they like. If it is an industry you know about, (such as being an ISP), you can offer to let them use an escalate button so you can help them in the back ground also. Your cost per month is $15.00 for the 1st to 25th systems you sell and drops to $12.00 per month for any systems over that.

  • If you resell the ticket system you can log in your time on each ticket, and a billing report will tell you how much time each client has cost you. You can then choose to bill by the hour if you like. Imagine how great this would be for someone that has finally figured out the perfect way to sell mush pies on the internet. They could offer other people to buy the ticket system with an escalate button to ask about the mush pie business. The person offering the advice could charge by the hour and add extra income to their business.
