We host your sites on an internet HUB, fnsi here in Columbus, Ohio. All of our
servers are rack mounted in a downtown warehouse, with millions of dollars worth of back up and protection devices.
The connections are OC192 the fastest available, 6444 times faster than a T-1. And to top it off our rack of servers
are maintained by a tech company I personally picked out with 12 unix programmers and support technicians that
work 24/7 to maintain our equipment.
I believe in the personal connection, and I personally visit the owner of this tech
company, (A 10 million dollar company), at least one time per month in person. We are
a very important client to this company and they work very very hard to keep us happy.
BACKUP: Our servers are backed up weekly to an off site Raid server in case of disaster. This backup is designed to restore the
entire server in case of hardware failure or hacker attack. The backups are only kept for 1 week and is designed only
to restore an entire server not individual accounts.
There is a backup and restore feature on each individual control panel for individual client backup and restoral.

This is me standing by your rack mounted servers. They are located
in a secure server farm downtown Columbus, Ohio on OC48 connections.
They
are protected by millions of dollars worth of camera security, natural gas powered backup,
surge protection, and more.
When you start you get a piece of one server,
and we will do our best to help you have many of your own complete servers
full of clients.

These are the back ups used in the event of a power failure.
Our rack mounted servers are located in a server farm that protects
thousands of servers. In the event of a power failure these natural
gas powered servers can run the servers power indefinitely.

This is Kelvin Brown inspecting our rack mounted servers. Kelvin flew
into Columbus to check on his "investment." Kelvin is one of our
top company online support staff, and you will find him to be
very helpful in answering your questions on our Trouble Ticket
System.

Kelvin Brown is the director for the city of his residence, Washington, DC area.
Anyone that becomes an ISP in the DC area may personally meet Kelvin and get
help in starting their ISP business.
We are always looking for good area directors to help the local ISPs. Although
an area director is no one's boss they receive
a percentage of the gross sales from those ISPs in their area.
Here it seems Kelvin is trying to figure out the wiring on our servers
in downtown Columbus, Ohio. Be careful Kelvin!
